Shipping Policy
International Shipping is NOT available. Select manufacturers may ship to Canada. Please contact us via the form above to inquire about shipping to Canada and any costs associated. Garden-Fountains.com reserves the right to deny orders to shipping locations where additional fees may apply or may allow the customer to pay any additional fees in order for order processing to continue in special circumstances: ie. United States island deliveries
How do our Products ship:
All of our manufacturers choose the best method in which to ship your product. Our manufacturers ship products via UPS, Fedex, Or Common Carrier. If your order ships via Common Carrier, once the item ships, you will be contacted by the trucking company to set up a delivery date and time range. All of our orders are noted to receive residential and liftgate instructions. What this means is that once the trucking company arrives at your shipping location, they will unload your palletized item onto your property with a liftgate. The trucking company will then place your palletized item on your property. Please note: The trucking companies are required to place the pallet onto your property, ie: driveway, sidewalk in front of your shipping location if no driveway is available but they are not able to assist you with final placement of your palletized item. If you have any questions regarding the shipment of a specific item, please contact customer service before purchasing.
Damages From Shipping:
All of our manufacturers do their very best to ensure your order arrives safely to your shipping location. In the event that a damage does occur in the shipping process, the damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Each manufacturer may request photos of the damaged product for replacement pieces or credit to be given as well as submission for damage claims and for informational purposes for future packaging/product solutions. If you receive a palletized shipment and you are unable to unpack the order to completely inspect, this must be noted on the bill of lading that is signed by you accepting delivery. Otherwise, any damages immediately seen must be noted on the Bill of Lading signed by you at delivery time. You may also be required to keep the damaged product and all shipping materials for a period of time for any shipping company (UPS, FEDEX, or Common Carrier) to inspect the product.

Return Policy
Specified items can be returned within 30 days. Please see our return policy for complete details. In the unlikely event you need to return a fountain or product, first call (800) 920-7457, and you will receive a Return Authorization Number and directions for returning your fountain. Please note items noted as "special orders" or fountains involving custom work or custom stain/patina selection may not be returned.
