The item I am interested in ordering says it ships LTL/Freight, what does this mean?
This means your product will ship packed on a pallet and ship via common carrier. We urge you to read our Shipping/Delivery Policy before placing your order.

When I'm Ordering it asks me for a patina/finish, what is this?
A Patina/Finish is the coloring choice you have available for your purchase.  Each item is available only in the colors that are shown on each product page.  Each manufacturer has their own selection of finish options.

I'm not sure which color to choose, am I able to receive samples before I order?
Yes, many of our manufacturers will send color samples.  There is a small fee (ranging from $5-$15 per color selection) plus shipping charges for most color samples sent.

I looked at a finish on my tablet and then on my computer, and the colors look different, why?
It is important to remember that colors may appear differently between different media types and monitors.  If you are unsure about your color selection, please call customer service at 800-920-7457 for assistance.

Do you offer any coupons or discounts?

I am interested in an item by a manufacturer you carry, but I can't find the item, am I able to order it?
Contact our customer service department at 800-920-7457 (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm EST) or by e-mail on our contact us page. Many times we are able to order the item!

I am interested in ordering multiple products, do you offer quantity discounts?
Many of our products, when ordered in multiples, are eligible for discounts.  If a product states it has bulk pricing available, simply add more than one to your cart and the item price will automatically adjust.  If the products you are interested in do not show bulk pricing, contact us, we'd be glad to see if we can offer an additional discount!
