Materials Needed: Any assortments of objects that can be given as favors.
- Place as many favors as there are kids along a parallel line about thirty feet from the racers
- The children will begin at the start line and race to the favors
- Each child can have only on prize, making it impressive.
This is not really a contest since each child gets a prize, no matter if they are first or last. But if they are favors to be handed out anyhow, why not create a fun little game out of it? This will be more exciting for the children, then just handing them out.
